The GMC Global Challenge 2025 Grand Finale in Beijing concluded successfully, celebrating the 10th Anniversary Gala of the International Association of Gourmet Master Chefs & Hospitality Executives. Under the leadership of Louis Chan, President & Head Judge, and co-presented with international partners—including Blue Elephant Group Thailand, Sterklas Roc Amsterdam, and SGFBIA—the event unfolded at the Beijing Hospitality Institute with strong support from the Beijing Office of Government of HKSAR, the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government, and Embassies from France, Thailand, and Singapore. The competition crowned champions across Student, Professional, Grand Master, and Celebrity categories, showcasing extraordinary creativity that resonated across cultures and cuisines. Marking a decade of excellence—powered by visionary sponsors and global collaborators—the gala closed in celebration, as President Louis officially launched preparations for the “GMC・Global Challenge 2026” Grand Finale in Singapore, inviting culinary talents from around the world.
